Revisión sistemática sobre trabajo remoto y balance vida-trabajo en mujeres profesionales en contexto postpandemia

Resumen
La expansión del trabajo remoto durante y después de la pandemia del COVID-19 ha cambiado la experiencia laboral de las mujeres profesionales. En este contexto, presento esta revisión sistemática cuyo objetivo es analizar la literatura científica publicada en el período comprendido entre los años 2020 y 2025 sobre el impacto del trabajo remoto en el equilibrio vida–trabajo de mujeres profesionales. Nace buscando responder: ¿Cómo afecta el trabajo remoto al balance vida-trabajo de las mujeres profesionales en el contexto de postpandemia? Para tal efecto, se realizó una búsqueda bibliográfica en bases de datos indexadas como Google Scholar, Scielo, Scopus y Web of Science publicadas en los últimos cinco años, empleando criterios de inclusión como redacción en español, portugués e inglés, así como los términos: enfoque de género y contexto postpandemia. Se aplicó el protocolo PRISMA para la selección de estudios incluyéndose 31 artículos. El análisis se realizó mediante categorización temática. Los resultados muestran que el teletrabajo ofrece beneficios como mayor flexibilidad y autonomía, pero también genera desafíos importantes: sobrecarga doméstica, límites difusos entre lo personal y lo laboral, y tensiones en la salud mental. Las condiciones laborales, el apoyo institucional y la corresponsabilidad familiar son factores clave que determinan el grado de equilibrio alcanzado. Se concluye que el trabajo remoto tiene efectos ambivalentes en la vida de las mujeres profesionales y que es urgente implementar políticas laborales con enfoque de género para garantizar condiciones equitativas y sostenibles en los entornos de trabajo actuales.
